At last, a couple of Ren’i’s tattoos are properly visible! Inking them took a couple of hours, though. I curse myself constantly for deciding to give half the cast tattoos – the downside of drawing and writing everything yourself.
This is one of my favourite pictures of Ren’i and Hawk so far. I love drawing soft moments and romantic couples more than anything else, so that’s probably not very surprising. I had Ayaka Hirahara’s “Hoshitsumugi no uta” (the star-weaver’s song) on repeat for hours while drawing this.
Drawn with a brush pen and fineliner pens on watercolour paper. Colours done with watercolours, inks and watercolour pencils, and the stars with masking fluid.
